Firey Pork Burgers with potato wedges

Firey Pork Burgers with potato wedges - Serves 4

Ingredients
4 baking potatoes cut into wedges
Fry Light
Salt and Pepper
2tsp all spice mix
1lb / 454g lean minced pork
1 heaped tsp smoked paprika
1 large red chilli, deseeded and chopped
2 garlic cloves chopped
Large handful of fresh coriander finely chopped

Method
1. Preheat your oven to 200c.  Place the wedges on a non-stick baking try and spray with Fry Light.  Season and scatter over the all spice mix., toss to coat and cook for 40 minutes.
2. Meanwhile, make the burgers by combining the minced pork, smoked paprika, chilli, garlic and coriander and shaping by hand.  Shape into four burgers.
3. Preheat your grill to high, cook burgers for 8 minuted on each side.
4. Serve!
