Cauliflower & Broccoli Cheese

Cauliflower & Broccoli Cheese - Serves 4

Ingredients
175g (6oz) broccoli florets
350g (12oz) cauliflower florets
295g can Campbell's Condensed 99% Fat Free Mushroom Soup
150ml (¼pt) skimmed milk
140g (5oz) half fat cheddar cheese, grated**

Method
1. Boil the vegetables in a little salted water until tender. Drain and transfer to a 1.2lt (2pt) flame-proof dish.
2. In a small pan, whisk the soup, milk and half of the cheese and heat through.
3. Pour sauce over vegetables and top with remaining cheese. Grill until golden.

Cheese can be your healthy extra, other wise you'll need to add the syns!
