Hot Chocolate & Raspberry Shake – Serves 2
Use frozen raspberries as a convenient alternative.
Ingredients
600ml skimmed/semi skimmed milk
2 tbsp cocoa / sachet Cadbury’s options, any flavour
3 tbsp medium oatmeal
100g raspberries
Method
1. Place the milk, drinking chocolate and oatmeal in a saucepan and bring to the boil, simmer gently for 5 minutes until the oatmeal is soft
2. Place the raspberries in a food processor or liquidiser and add the chocolate milk and blend until smooth
3. Allow to cool slightly before pouring into 2 tall smoothie glasses
