Quick Tiramisu / Chocolate Lumpy Bumpy

It may be Mother's Day, and it may be traditional to spoil your mum with chocolate, Sunday Roast and pudding etc... but try not to ruin her diet!

For pudding why not do her a nice Tiramisu but minus the Syn?

Ingredients
6 sponge fingers
200g tub Fromage Frais (or Quark)
200g tub 0% fat Greek Yogurt
1 tub Muller light vanilla yogurt with chocolate sprinkles
Sweetener to taste
1 tsp coffee (as strong as you like!)

Method
1. Put sponge fingers in the bottom of a dish and sprinkle on the coffee (for a little treat add in a drop of brandy/baileys/tiramisu)
2. Mix together the fromage frais/quark, sweetener and yogurts.  Add some vanilla extract if you want.
3. Spoon over the top of the sponge fingers and leave to chill.  Before serving sprinkle over a chocolate options sachet.... Yum!

Ingredients
57g Quark
227g fromage frais
Sweetener to taste
1tbsp cocoa
Chopped strawberries/grapes
28g dark chocolate

Method
1. Mix together sweetener, quark, fromage frais and cocoa.
2. Add chopped fruit and melt the chocolate and swirl through the mixture.
3. Chill and serve.
